Lumen Call provides temporary, link-based video and voice calls between two participants. The service is provided as is, free of charge, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. No account

You do not need an account. Anyone who has a room link can join that room while it is open and not full. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you want in the call.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• harass, threaten or abuse others;
• record or share a conversation without the consent required by applicable law;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• distribute malware, attempt to disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits and security measures;
• do anything unlawful.

We may block access from sources that abuse the service.

4. Recordings and content

Recordings and snapshots are created and stored in your browser. You own them and are solely responsible for them. We do not receive, review or store any content of your calls.

5. Availability and reliability

Calls depend on your device, browser and network. We do not guarantee that a connection can be established on every network, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that recordings will be complete. Do not rely on the service for emergency communication.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the minimal data processed to run a call and forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows the current version.
